Dr. Elizabeth M. Billingsley MD

I’m Dr. Elizabeth M. Billingsley, a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where I’m affiliated with Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. My medical education began at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, followed by an internal medicine internship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and dermatology residency at Geisinger Health System. With over two decades of experience, I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions while also performing selected cosmetic procedures including laser therapy, filler injections, cryosurgery, and phototherapy. I hold certification from the American Board of Dermatology with an active Pennsylvania medical license.
