Dr. Arif Ali MD

I am Dr. Arif Ali, an orthopedic sports medicine specialist based in Skokie, Illinois, with over 20 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. I specialize in sports injuries, degenerative diseases, and orthopedic trauma, and regularly perform joint repair and replacement surgeries to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. I earned my medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed my residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago. I further specialized in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine with a fellowship at the Sports Clinic in Laguna Hills and in Orthopaedic Trauma at Hospital for Special Surgery/Cornell Medical Center. I am board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and hold active medical licenses in Illinois, California, and Michigan. My goal is to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs, helping them recover and return to their active lifestyles.
