Dr. Audrey E. Foster Barber MD

I’m Dr. Audrey E. Foster-Barber, a pediatric neurologist with over 20 years of practice in San Francisco. I’m affiliated with UCSF Health-UCSF Medical Center and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals in both San Francisco and Oakland. After earning my B.A. in Biology, I completed the Medical Scientist Training Program at UCSF, earning both my M.D. and Ph.D. My training continued with a pediatric residency followed by a fellowship in Child Neurology. I’m board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology. My practice focuses on treating children with neurological conditions including headaches, seizures, sleep disorders, and traumatic brain injuries. I accept various insurance plans including Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross, and United Healthcare.
