Dr. Michael H. Land MD

I am Dr. Michael H. Land, an allergist-immunologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I currently practice at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, where I’m affiliated with both the San Diego Zion and San Diego Medical Center facilities. After earning my medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine, I completed my pediatrics residency and allergy-immunology fellowship at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine/UCLA Medical Center. My practice focuses on treating a wide range of immune system disorders, including food, insect and respiratory allergies, eczema, asthma, and immune deficiencies. I maintain board certification through the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and hold an active California medical license. My commitment to patient care is driven by my passion for helping those suffering from allergic conditions improve their quality of life through evidence-based treatment approaches.
