Dr. Heather A. Lau MD

I am a board-certified pediatric neurologist with over a decade of experience specializing in treating neurological conditions in children. My journey in medicine began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University, followed by a Master’s in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from New York Medical College. I earned my medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, then completed my pediatrics residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and my child neurology residency at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Furthering my expertise, I pursued a fellowship in neurogenetics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. My practice focuses on managing a wide range of pediatric neurological disorders, including headaches, seizures, sleep disorders, and concussions. I am committed to providing compassionate and patient-centered care, integrating the latest advancements in neurology to improve my patients’ quality of life. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, I remain dedicated to ongoing education and research in the field.
