As a specialist in sports medicine, I focus on providing expert nonsurgical care for a range of musculoskeletal issues, from acute and overuse injuries to chronic conditions. With a strong foundation in internal medicine, I’ve had the privilege of working with patients of all ages, addressing concerns that impact their active lifestyles.
My journey in medicine began with a passion for sports, which I pursued as a Division I athlete in basketball and volleyball during my undergraduate years at The College of William and Mary. This experience not only shaped my interest in sports medicine but also instilled in me a lifelong commitment to staying active. Today, I enjoy beach volleyball, snowboarding, paddleboarding, and weightlifting in my free time.
After completing my medical degree at Stony Brook University, I went on to pursue residency training in internal medicine at Brown University, where I served as chief resident. Further specializing in sports medicine, I completed a fellowship at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care – a principle that guides my work every day.
