Dr. Richard C. Herring MD

I’m Dr. Richard C. Herring, a board-certified allergist-immunologist with over a decade of experience diagnosing and treating disorders of the immune system. I earned my medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed my fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Virginia Medical Center, following an internship in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Vidant Medical Center. Based in Concord, North Carolina, I provide specialized care for patients dealing with allergies, asthma, eczema, and immune deficiencies. I am affiliated with Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center and Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, where I focus on delivering personalized, evidence-based treatments to improve my patients’ quality of life.
